CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – In their final regular-season dual meets of the 2025-26 season, the Brandeis University fencing teams contested the delayed Northeast Fencing Conference championships at Boston College, a meet originally scheduled for January at Wellesley. The Brandeis men went 2-3 at the meet to finish 13-21 overall this season, while the women were 3-4 to finish up at 10-24.

TOP SQUADS
- On the women's side, all four squads posted a 4-3 record on the day.
- The epee squad got off to a fast start, winning their first four matches, three by a 5-4 score.
- The saber and foil squads each had a 9-0 result, with the saber's coming against Wheaton and the foil's against Vassar.
- The Judges won both saber and epee against Wellesley, 5-4, but the Blue's 8-1 win in foil provided the 16-11 margin of victory.
- Epee won, 5-4, in a team loss to Brown, while foil did the same in an 18-9 loss to MIT.
- Both the men's saber sand foil squads went 3-2 on the day.
- The saber's 8-1 win over Wheaton was the largest margin in any squad for the men, and their 5-4 win over BC was the only squad win in that match.
- The foil put together 6-3 wins over Wheaton and Vassar and had the lone squad win against SHU, 5-4.
TOP INDIVIDUALS
- Senior Hannah Du (Winchester, Mass./Winchester) of the foil squad led the women with 12 wins, going 12-7 overall. She posted 3-0 records against Sacred Heart and Vassar and 2-1 against BC and MIT.
- Senior Kat Xikes (Chatham, N.J./Chatham) also reached double figures in wins, going 10-6 for the saber squad.
- Junior foil fencer Ella Richards (Harvard, Mass./Francis W. Parker Charter Essential School) had the women's top winning percentage on the day, going 8-1 in her nine bouts, including 3-0 against Sacred Heart and Vassar.
- Sophomore Zichun Wang (Beijing, China / Beijing National Day School) went 6-1 for the men's epee squad, the team's top winning percentage among fencers with more than one opponent faced.
- First-year foil fencer David Knizhnik (Bethesda, Md. / Aeon) paced the men with a 9-3 record in four matches. He was 3-0 against Sacred Heart and Boston College.
- First-year Jacob Benson (Arlington, Va. / Yorktown) topped the saber squad with eight wins.
