Men's soccer places six on CSC Academic All-District team

WALTHAM, Mass. -- Ten members of the Brandeis University men's and women's soccer teams were named to the 2025 Division III Academic All-District teams, as selected by the College Sports Communicators, prior to the Thanksgiving Break.

To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District honors, a player must be a sophomore or older in eligibility; have played in 90 percent or started 67 percent of a team's games; and carry at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average. Teams are allowed to nominate a maximum of six members.

Representing the Brandeis men's soccer team were:
  • Senior midfielder Nico Beninda of Monroe Township, New Jersey, with a 3.53 GPA as a business major
  • Junior midfielder Aidan Chuang of New York, New York, with a 3.79 GPA as an economics major
  • Senior goalkeeper Tyler Correnti of West Newbury, Massachusetts, with a 3.87 GPA as a biology and neuroscience double major
  • Senior midfielder Slater Loffredo of North Hampton, New Hampshire, with a 3.80 GPA as a business and psychology double major
  • Junior back Kenshin Murakawa of Osaka, Japan, with a 3.60 GPA as an economics major
  • And senior forward Rainer Osselmann-Chai of Acton, Massachusetts, with a 3.68 GPA as a business major

The Brandeis women were represented by 
  • Senior back Caroline Alcock of Southborough, Massachusetts, with a 3.73 GPA as an education studies major
  • Sophomore midfielder Katie Collins of Littleton, Massachusetts, with a 4.00 GPA as a biology major
  • Senior midfielder Samantha Kipperman of Middlebury, Connecticut, with a 3.81 GPA as a Health: Science, Society and Policy major
  • And junior midfielder Zareena Mann of San Ramon, California, with a 3.67 GPA as an economics and psychology double major.
