WALTHAM, Mass. -- Juliana Stornaielo has joined the Brandeis University athletic training staff as the department's fourth full-time member, head athletic trainer Lisa DeNicola announced today.

"We're excited to welcome Julie to our athletic training staff," said DeNicola. "Her clinical experience across multiple NCAA levels, commitment to student-athlete care, and enthusiasm for the profession make her a great addition to our team. We look forward to the positive impact she'll have on our student-athletes and the Brandeis community."

Stornaielo attended Merrimack College, receiving her B.S. in exercise science with a minor in psychology in 2024 and her M.S. in Athletic Training in 2026.

During her time at Merrimack, Stornaielo served her athletic training clinical internships at Division I schools like Stonehill and Harvard, as well as Division II Assumption College. She also worked at the finish line of the 2025 Boston Marathon.
