WALTHAM, Mass. – The #29 Brandeis University women's tennis team lost one or fewer games in 12 of 14 sets today as the Judges rolled past Endicott, 6-1, in a Senior Day non-conference match-up today. With the win, Brandeis reached the 10-win plateau for the fourth-straight season.

- Brandeis: 10-6, ranked #29 in Division III by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
- Endicott: 9-11.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Judges rolled in doubles action, dropping just three games.
- Senior Rebecca Suarez (New York, N.Y./International Virtual Learning Academy) and junior Mandy Reyes (Manila, Philippines/Laurel Springs School) won 6-0 at #1, and junior Chahana Budhbhatti (Ahmedabad, India/Aavishkar School) and first-year Avani Chitale (Ahmedabad, India/Cosmos Castle International School) did the same at #3.
- At #2, senior Nancy Zhang (Shanghai, China/Shanghai International Division) and first-year Milana Sofizade (Sarasota, Fla./IMG Academy) won, 6-3, to complete the sweep.
- In singles action, Endicott picked up its lone point at #4 when Zhang retired early in the second set, despite winning seven of the eight games she played.
- Budhbhatti cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 win at #2, the Judges' third double bagel in as many matches.
- Sofizade won her third-straight set at love before finally dropping a game in the second, winning, 6-0, 6-1 at #5 to give Brandeis the 3-1 lead.
- Reyes earned the clinching point at #1 with a 6-1, 6-1, win, and Chitale won by the same scored at #3.
- The longest match of the day was played at #6, where first-year Galia Harmelin (Seattle, Wash./University Prep) won 6-0, 6-4, to close things out.
SENIOR DAY
- Before the match, the Judges honored their two seniors, playing in their final regular-season home matches: Rebecca Suarez (New York, N.Y./International Virtual Learning Academy) and Nancy Zhang (Shanghai, China/Shanghai International Division).

- The Judges will close out the regular season on Saturday at 1p.m. at University Athletic Association rivals NYU in a key seeding matchup before next weekend's conference tournament.
