Biography

 

My favorite part about competing for Brandeis, other than my teammates, is: Getting the chance to play the sport that I love on a very competitive level and feeling like I am a part of something.

My class at Brandeis has been: Historical Linguistics, because I loved learning about different languages at different points in time and how language has changed and evolved into what it is today.

Outside of my sport, my favorite thing to do at Brandeis is: Linguistics “Milk and Cookies”. It's like a meet and greet for the linguistics department and we all go to a room, students and professors alike, and eat cookies and drink milk or hot chocolate and talk about linguistics.

The thing that attracted me most to Brandeis was: The environment here. It is just such an accepting and open place where you can be yourself without having to worry about being judged harshly.
