My goal for the 2013-14 season is: To reach the NCAAs. 

My favorite professor at Brandeis is: Thomas Doherty (American Studies) because he is able to teach his courses in ways that are easy to grasp.

My favorite pro or college sports athlete is: Brad Marchand because he is not afraid to step up when necessary.

My favorite meal at Brandeis or in Waltham is: a Nacho Steak Sub from Carl's.

AND MORE: In his second season as a captain… Was named to the All-UAA second team… Appeared in 32 games including pitching in 16 contests… At the plate, he led the Judges with a .330 batting average and was tied for first in home runs (1), doubles (8), and RBIs (18)… On the mound, he was second in innings pitched (66), tied for first in strikeouts (48) and wins (4), and was second among starters with a 3.41 ERA… Twice named UAA Pitcher of the Week, 4/21 and 4/28… Selected to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week, 4/29…. Had a productive rookie season in 2012, hitting .297 as a 1B/DH and leading the team with three wins,  10 starts and 69 innings pitched on the hill… Named UAA Pitcher of the Week in his first week on the job, earning two of Brandeis’s four wins on their February trip to Florida… Tossed complete-game wins over Augustana and Rose-Hulman on the road trip… Also went the distance in a tough 5-4 loss at 21st-ranked Tufts, 4/3/12… At the plate, hit a two-out, two-run double to defeat Case, 4-3, on 3/15/12… Majoring in American Studies and sociology… Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Philanthropy Chair.
