Getting to know Adah..

• My favorite part about competing for Brandeis is: Being able to represent an institution with such an impressive history and achievements. 

• My favorite athletic moment at Brandeis has been: Breaking 21 minutes for the 5k after not having a college PR for several years. 

• My favorite high school/non-Brandeis athletic moment is: My high school 4x1 mile team qualifying for and competing at outdoor nationals.

• My favorite class or professor at Brandeis is: Juvenile Justice: From Cradle to Custody with Professor Kabrhel because it opened my eyes to the root causes of discrimination within the criminal justice system, starting when oppressed communities are targeted almost immediately when they are born. 

• My favorite place on campus, outside of Gosman, is: The SCC 

• Something new I learned during COVID-19: Human connection is so necessary.

• My favorite place to travel to is: Italy

• Outside of my sport, my favorite thing to do at Brandeis is: Being President of the Brandeis Democrats club!

• My dream job is: A Supreme Court justice because I want to leave a meaningful impact on people and precedents that will have significant power in shaping their and others' lives. 

• My favorite movie of all time is: Legally Blonde 

• My favorite TV Show is: Scandal 

• My favorite book is: Millionaire by Chris Stapleton 

• My favorite song is: Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson
