Announcing the 2012 Brandeis Athletic Hall of Fame Class
Six standout athletes whose careers spanned the first half-century of Brandeis’ sports history will be inducted into the 14th class of the Joseph Linsey Brandeis Athletic Hall of Fame during ceremonies on March 31 in the Gosman Sports and Convocation Center on campus, Director of Athletics Sheryl Sousa ’90 and Friends of Brandeis Athletics (FOBA) President Jim Leahy '85 announced.

Despite two players in double figures in kills and two more in digs, the Judges couldn't quite get over the hump against the Tartans in the seventh-place match at UAAs.

Despite eight kills each from outside hitters Liz Hood and Si-Si Hensley, the Judges fell to the Eagles in their UAA tournament opener. Hood had nine kills in the consolation semis.

Despite 11 kills by Liz Hood and eight kills, a .368 hitting percentage and 12 digs from Si-Si Hensley, the Judges were swept by the No. 18 Beacons.

The Judges dispatched the Saints to run their winning streak to five before falling to the host Chargers in a marathon. Liz Hood had 34 kills in the two matches combined.
