The Judges and Maroons split singles action, but UC won all three doubles matches, including two that came down to the wire. Brandeis will take on NYU in the consolation semifinals tomorrow at 2 p.m.

The Judges swept doubles play and needed only a split to defeat the Bobcats. Before the match, seniors Roberta Bergstein, Ally Bernstein, Alexa Katz and Marissa Lazar were honored by coach Lamanna.

#24 women's tennis rallies but falls short against #19 Skidmore in Nor'Easter opener
The Judges dropped all three doubles matches but rallied to tie the score before the Thoroughbreds after the first three singles were done. Skidmore responded with the next two wins to clinch the match and relegate the Judges to the consolation bracket.

Two teams and six distinguished individuals will join the Joseph M. Linsey Brandeis Athletics Hall of Fame on October 12. This will be the 20th anniversary of the Hall and the 15th induction class.
