All classes are in GDS (Gosman Dance Studio) unless noted

7:15-8:15am/*Cycle/Sonia (LMP 1, 12 week session, $80 or $10 drop in if space allows)
12-1pm/*TRX/Brittany (Indoor track, 10 week session, $60, no drop in available)
12-12:45pm/*Faculty and Staff Yoga/Kat (Usdan, 10 week session, $60 or $10 drop in)
5:30-6:30pm/*Cycle/Brittany (12 week session, $80 or $10 drop in if space allows)
- LMP 1 is over by Linsey pool; Usdan up on campus

Cardio Core Attack (CCA)-
Forget the sit-ups! Cardio Core Attack is a high-energy class set to great music that uses circuits of intense intervals to target all the components of you core including you back, abs, and glutes, plus all other major muscle groups. You will build a strong foundation to be faster, stronger, more energetic, and injury free in all of your daily activities. Modifications will be presented for all levels, from the occasional exerciser to the hard-core athlete.
A Hatha Yoga class tailored to the groups' needs and requests each week. Postures are given with ample variations to suit each individual. Great for all levels, beginners welcome.
This cardiovascular class will get your heart pumping while cycling on indoor stationary bikes using drills, imagery, and heart-pumping music. Cycling is a great workout that people of all fitness levels can enjoy.
A vigorous fitness-based Yoga that offers you a great 'workout' in a casual relaxed and fun atmosphere. Whether you are learning Yoga (beginners welcome) , or a seasoned Yogi, participating in this heart-thumping, active practice will benefit your mind, body, and spirit.
